I gave the newsletter a couple of days off Friday and Saturday because I got my Moderna booster on Thursday and, well, it kind of kicked my butt. But that’s just me and I know lots of folks who got the booster and didn’t break stride. Please do it when you’re eligible and help protect yourself, your family, your community and your country.
OK, let’s get to the good news. I gave the newsletter today off (and maybe tomorrow) because…. it’s my birthday! It has been a challenging year in many ways, but made another full trip around the sun, and there’s always a fresh chance that this next one will be the best one.
If you’d like to help me celebrate, please tell a friend or 10 about Local Food Forum and recommend that they subscribe. And if you happen to not be a paid subscriber, you can make this this the most extra special birthday ever by becoming one: https://bit.ly/3osgVwz
With the outdoor growing and farmers market season winding down, I’ll be covering lots of different subjects… including farm-to-table restaurants… while keeping you all informed about how and where to buy fresh local food over the winter. And I soon be adding some features for paid members only to make it worth your while.
Happy Birthday Bob!!
Thanks, Bonnie!
