Reminders: Go to Market, Get Webinar Tix
About the debuts of the Chicago region's outdoor season and our new online series.
Walk in the Park
This is it! Green City Market kicks off the Chicago region’s outdoor season TOMORROW (that’s Saturday, April 6) at its flagship location at the south end of Lincoln Park. Don’t miss the chance to buy ramps — Chicago’s emblematic veggie — and whatever else is ready for its closeup in early April.
The market is open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is Green City’s 25th anniversary, and there will be a celebratory ceremony starting at 9 a.m. followed by a cake cutting, a culinary demo and samples from several of the market’s awesome vendors.
I hope to see some familiar faces there.

I am grateful to co-host Chef Sarah Stegner for developing the project with me and to the great organizational and business supporters reflected in the pretty new graphic above.
