Green City Resumes Sustainable Suppers
Eden restaurant, site of the 3/21 event, focuses on locally, sustainably produced food
Green City to Go to Eden for Sustainable Supper
Green City Market last year launched a Sustainable Supper Series, which invited guests to enjoy a delicious meal featuring locally produced ingredients and engage with expert speakers on a variety of topics.
Now, Green City is launching its 2023 Sustainable Supper Series on Tuesday, March 21. The event will take place at Eden restaurant, which has been recognized by Michelin for the quality of its food and is also one of the most locally and sustainably focused restaurants in Chicago. Eden is located at 2734 W. Roscoe St. in the Avondale neighborhood.
Here are the details from Green City Market with a link to register.
_______________
We're thrilled to announce that the Sustainable Supper Series is back for 2023 and our first event is on March 21 at Michelin-recognized restaurant Eden.
Open Table recently named Eden as one of the most sustainable restaurants in the United States, making it the perfect place to kick off this year's four-part series.
This event will feature a signature cocktail (or mocktail!) and a three-course meal prepared by Chef Devon Quinn, Chief Culinary Officer at The Paramount Group and one of GCM's most frequent market shoppers.
Additionally, there will be a panel discussing the important impact that farmers' markets have on our local food system featuring Abby Schilling from Mick Klug Farm and Marc Luff of Flatwater Farms.
